Data stored on your device
When you use KanbanQuick without signing in, board columns, tasks, preferences, and a small number of product-state values are stored in your browser. They stay on that device unless you export them, clear browser storage, or choose to create an account and migrate them to cloud sync.
Account and cloud board data
If you create an account, KanbanQuick uses Supabase to provide authentication and store your profile, teams, boards, columns, tasks, comments, assignments, and subscription state. We process this information to provide sync, collaboration, account security, and support.
Payments
Stripe handles Checkout, subscription billing, and the customer portal. KanbanQuick stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and the status needed to grant Pro access. KanbanQuick does not receive or store your complete card number.
Product analytics
KanbanQuick uses PostHog and Google Analytics to understand visits and product use. A separate first-party funnel endpoint receives a randomly generated browser identifier and a restricted set of non-content properties such as sign-in state, plan state, task count, team size, feature, source, and milestone. Board names, task text, email addresses, board IDs, and team IDs are not sent to that endpoint.
Sharing and retention
Board content is shared with people you add to the relevant team. Service providers process data only to operate their part of KanbanQuick. Account and cloud-board information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably required for security, billing, dispute, and legal obligations. Local data remains until you clear it from your browser.
Your choices and rights
You can use local boards without an account, export boards as JSON or CSV, manage or cancel billing through the account menu, and clear local browser storage. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data.
