Using KanbanQuick
You may use KanbanQuick for lawful personal or business work. You are responsible for the content you add, the people you invite, the security of your account, and maintaining any exports or backups your work requires.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan currently includes up to three boards and three team members. Pro currently costs £2.99 per month and adds unlimited boards and team members, analytics, themes, and custom colours. A no-card trial may be offered once per account. Current plan details shown at Checkout apply to the purchase.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Stripe processes recurring payments. A paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it from the account menu. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues through the paid billing period. Statutory refund or cancellation rights are not limited by these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, introduce malicious code, evade plan limits, or use KanbanQuick to violate law or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep KanbanQuick available and preserve access to free boards, but the service may occasionally be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, or product improvement. We will avoid materially surprising changes and update these terms when necessary.
Warranty and liability
KanbanQuick is provided with reasonable care but is not a guaranteed system of record. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
